FIRST JOB:
I was a lifeguard in the summer throughout High School; it was a lot of responsibility but the best reward was getting a suntan!

DEFINING CAREER MOMENT: Being chosen as the designer for holiday decorations at the Peal Buck House.

GREATEST PASSION: I cherish the opportunity to transform people’s homes so that the space reflects their tastes and individuality.

HOW/WHY CHOSE FIELD: I took a vocational test in my teens that showed I should be in interior design. I started off taking the ‘safe’ route, in the financial side of the industry, working with textile mills.

I WISH I HAD KNOWN YEARS AGO: That I could follow my career dreams.

LIFE LESSON: Follow your joy in life and you can support yourself and make other people happy, too.

MOST PROUD OF: Compliments from my clients and vendors. I’ve always treated people kindly and it comes back to me in many unexpected ways.

MOTIVATOR: I love to see how my ideas progress. Working with clients to create a great finished product.
