ADVICE TO PASS ON: If you’re going to work 10-12 hours a day, enjoy your work, or you will be miserable.

DEFINING CAREER MOMENT: Losing a client and 6 months later having him return saying he had a new appreciation for my work. I realized the importance of maintaining your standards and quality of work.

GREATEST PASSION: My husband, life, the arts, language, riding, travel, opera. I have a lot of passion!

HOW/WHY CHOSE FIELD: I always loved art and wanted to be involved in the creative process.

I WISH I HAD KNOWN YEARS AGO: Talent is not the only ingredient of success.

KEY TO SUCCESS: Persistence.

LEADERSHIP TIP: You meet the same people going up a ladder as you do coming down. Treat all with dignity.
