They are at different stages of their careers, and work in diverse fields, but they all share the vital trait of being impassioned leaders. I begged my mother to sign the consent form after she resisted. GREATEST PASSION: Helping people see themselves in a different light and then watching as they blossom. I WISH I HAD KNOWN YEARS AGO :To trust myself more. LIFE LESSON: I always thought I had to be perfect and do things better than everyone else. Eventually I realized that everyone has insecurities and no one is perfect. MOST PROUD OF: My daughters who are my partners. MOST REWARDING: To improve people’s skin. FIRST JOB: At 14 I was a receptionist/cashier at Carson Pettit, Inc., a Mercedes Benz dealer on theMain Line. GREATEST PASSION: Helping others. KEY TO SUCCESS: The ability to listen, empathize, and act on the needs of others. LEADERSHIP TIP: Lead by example as you encourage and inspire others. Put your ego aside and don’t be afraid to surround yourself with quality people. Take them to the top with you and create abundance for all. LIFE LESSON: I always operate from a place of integrity and sincerity. It’s tough to always tell the truth, and often people don’t want to hear it; but I’m always respected and don’t have to ‘cover my tracks.’ MOST REWARDING: The ability to prioritize faith, family, and career. Do that and the rest falls into place.

I arrived before the teacher and began to practice the song when I discovered that a piano key was broken. Thinking I was off the hook, I stopped practicing.
